Superb. If you are a classical belly dancer (or if you prefer traditional dance) who is interested in a modern edge but not into anything completely freakish or gothic, this is for you. I love it.The artistry, the talent, and thought of the dancer is evident in this music.
Very enjoyable, I'm glad I made the purchase. I bought this CD to practice belly dance between classes but I've been listening to it at work because the songs get stuck in my head, but in a good way.
Enjoy. There are some unusual pieces done as remixes that are interesting also. I found this music to be great for belly dancing to. The beats are very easy to hear.
I love it. I listen to it in the car, in the office, when dancing, while cooking. I love it. No matter what mood I'm in, there will be a song on this album that will make me want to dance.
I love the jazzy rhythms with that underlying oriental beat.Its fun, eclectic but definitely rythmic enough to choreograph a nice tribal style piece to. I bought this CD at a Zoe Jake workshop. Sometime in next few months. Highly recommended.Ps.according to Zoe.Beats Antique will have a new album out soon. I love it. Several of the tunes are excellent for the slow.fast fusion dance style that Zoe is famous for.
